Cytek Biosciences is committed to your satisfaction and provides a streamlined process for returning or exchanging high-performance flow cytometry solutions. We accept returns on eligible hardware and consumables within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in original, unopened packaging.
Request Authorization
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.
Prepare Documentation
Include a copy of your original invoice and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container for rapid processing.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items using the original specialized packing materials to prevent damage to sensitive optical and electronic components during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the items for integrity, after which a refund or credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days.
