Flow Staining Buffer (1X)
The Flow Staining Buffer (1X) is provided as a ready-to-use solution for use in immunofluorescent staining protocols using viable or fixed cells in suspension for flow cytometry. Flow Staining Buffer is a buffered saline solution containing Bovine Calf Serum as a protein source to minimize nonspecific binding of antibodies and sodium azide (0.09%) as a preservative. This buffer can be used for cell suspension, antibody dilution, and all wash steps needed for cell surface staining and flow cytometric analysis.
